Carter Bauer, Co-Editor in Chief
Carter Bauer is the Co-Editor in Chief of The Park Press, and a Wheeling Park High School senior. Carter is proud to be one of few members of the founding staff, and is a part of the 44 time winning Speech and Debate team. Carter competes in events such as: Informative Speaking, DUO Interpretation, Impromptu Speaking, and is a first place states winner in Program Oral Interpretation.Â
Carter is a member of the Wheeling Park chapter of the National Honors Society, The National Speech and Debate Association, The Thespian Society, and the newly introduced Quill & Scroll Society. Carter is also a two-year Freshman Mentor.
Though Carter is highly involved at Wheeling Park High School, she still finds time to indulge in the hobbies she loves. Carter is an avid lover of Starbucks, shopping, and a good manicure. Minus all the superficial things she seeks joy in, Carter’s biggest source of happiness is her friends, family, teammates, coworkers, and fellow staff members.
