Rating Pumpkin Things

Rating+Pumpkin+Things

With Fall arriving, so did all the pumpkin flavored snacks, and drinks. And since all of you love to hear my opinion, I am going to be rating, and ranking the pumpkin things I’ve had so far.

1.Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte- 10/10

I am a huge fan. I get mine iced with sweet cream cold foam, because I have found that the whipped cream takes up too much space. The pumpkin flavor really shines, without being too sweet. The presentation is okay, but isn’t really anything too spectacular. This is definitely a fall classic I will revisit next season.

2. Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew- 3/10

This drink doesn’t even taste like pumpkin. The flavor of this beverage is comparable to a regular coffee with cream that has a splash of a sugary syrup. I feel that this drink is a rip off, because I’m paying extra for the dull “pumpkin flavor”. I’m not a fan of the presentation. Overall, definitely not my favorite.

3.Pumpkin Pie Pop Tart- 7/10

I don’t love poptarts, but this definitely changed my opinion. The pumpkin flavor is pretty good, but the cinnamon in it was slightly overpowering. I tend to find Pop Tarts dry, but paired with a glass of milk, or milk substitute, the Pop Tart experience is elevated. The presentation is what you would expect from a fall themed Pop Tart, but it gets an extra point for the cute visuals on the box!

4.Pumpkin Spice Oreos- 9/10

This cookie is in my top three favorite limited time Fall snacks. Everything about this oreo is so festive, and delicious. The filling pairs nicely with the yellow cookie, and the orange coloring looks slightly more natural than most artificial pumpkin snacks. Again, it doesn’t exactly stand out, but it’s a name brand snack people will recognize.

Those are the four Fall exclusive treats I have tried so far. Obviously this is all my personal opinion, so feel free to go try these items, and give your own rating.
