Queen of Queens was held on March 4th at the J.B. Chambers Performing Arts Center and crowned Taylin Holt as the Wheeling Park Queen of Queens. The first runner-up was Josie Khamsoucksaly and the second-runner-up was Grace Mull. The fellow Queen-of-Queens-candidates selected Sydney Willson as the Miss Congeniality of 2026.

The Queens work very hard to prepare for the competition learning dances, songs, and instruments before the big performance. After two rehearsals and an interview portion that is completed before the magical performance, the contestants complete the introductions, talent performances, and poise portion for a live audience.

This year’s production was the hard work of OCS Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Karin Butyn, and hosts with the most Claire McFadden and William Medovic.
Contestant Josie Khamsoucksaly performed an original dance as her talent.
“I get to show the community what I do outside of this. That’s exciting,” said Khamsoucksaly.
The beauty of the pagent is beyond the glimmer of the crown as these girls develop both friendships and self-confidence.
“I think every single one of them should be proud of themselves and each other. It let me see another side of [the contestants] that I have never seen before. I got to meet new people,” said Hines.
The complete list of contestants includes:
