Anna Contraguerro, Staff Writer
Anna Contraguerro is a three year founding member, and Copy Editor of the Park Press. She has had an extensive background in writing, both creative and journalistic. Prior to joining the Press, Anna had been awarded 9th Place in a Statewide essay competition, and 2nd place in a regional creative writing competition.
Anna has been a member of the Speech and Debate team for two years, and has competed at a national level at the University of Kentucky Tournament of Champions. Anna is most proud of her first place trophy from the first WPHS Winter Classic Tournament.
Aside from her writing experiences, she is also an avid member of the Wheeling Park community. She is a member of the Drug Free Club, the award winning Speech and Debate Team, a student council member, and a Freshman Mentor. Anna is most proud of her article, “Winter Classic Speech and Debate Tournament”.

Taylor Wilson, Staff Writer
Taylor Wilson is a Wheeling Park High School senior, and a first-year writer for the Park Press. When Taylor is not in school, you can find her drinking Starbucks and practicing her dance routines.
She’s been dancing for 15 years at the Arielette Acrobatic Academy, and 4 Years for the Wheeling Park High School Dance Team. While competing, she won numerous awards, including Miss Showbiz 2018, Large Group World Dance Champion, WPHS Winter Dance Invitational Jazz, and Pom Champion. In her free time, Taylor teaches dance classes at Arielletes, where she is passionate about educating young dancers.
Taylor is a member of the Drug-Free Clubs of America, the American Cancer Youth Board, a Freshman Mentor, and a REAP counselor. Taylor is a bright, firey soul who enjoys participating in extracurriculars that demonstrate determination, perseverance, and dedication. One thing is for sure: Taylor will always get the job done with a smile on her face.
