Once in an Era, Tour

Once in an Era, Tour

Taylor Swift, an American singer with billions of streams and tons of fans, has done many amazing things this past year, including re-releasing one of her old albums, going on a world tour, announcing a new re-release, and now, coming out with a movie. The movie comes out October 13th in theaters and many students are excited to see it.

Her new film is about the world tour she just recently went on. When Swift releases new music she enters a new “era” of her life, so the Era’s Tour is all of her music in one show. She has 10 albums and performs several of her fans favorite songs from each. She also plays two different surprise songs that are not on the set list, causing some fans to be incredibly upset if their favorite song gets played at another venue.

Swift said to treat this movie as if it were one of her concerts. She loves how the fans interact and make friends on her tour. She encourages her fans to trade friendship bracelets, like on her tour, and sing along in the theater. Many people think Swift’s fans are over the top because of how much they love her, but her true fans love her regardless of the pushback.

“I am so excited for the movie, Folklore was my favorite part of the show,” Emily Ross says.

“I am not excited because some of her fans are crazy, like actually crazy,” Adeline Schimnoski states.

“No, I’m not excited, the movie is going to suck, I hate Taylor Swift,” Samara Eller says.

“I can’t wait to see the movie, I’m going with my friends because we couldn’t go on her actual tour” Mallory McGee states.

Whether you like Taylor Swift or not, her movie is going to be a big hit, and some fans may go a little crazy.
