Ghost

The first easy costume idea is a ghost. Just get a bed sheet and some scissors and cut eye holes. This will make a simple, but spooky costume. 

Cowgirl/boy

The next costume is a cowgirl/boy. All you need for this one is a cowboy hat, bell-bottom jeans, and a flannel shirt. YEE HAW! Now you are ready to go trick or treating.

Cereal killer

Cereal killer costume. You will need small cereal boxes and glue. All you need to do is glue the boxes to you and carry a plastic knife. You are going to kill some cereal with your epic costume.

Barbie

Barbie is another perfect costume, especially for this year. Many people will likely be Barbie this year, so you will fit right in with this costume. All you need for this costume is a pink dress, or skirt, pink heels, and some, you guessed it, pink sunglasses. Now you look just like a Barbie girl in a Barbie world.

Magic 8 ball

A very easy costume, for people who don’t like dressing up, is a magic 8 ball. Simple and easy. You just need to wear a black shirt, cut out a white circle, and draw a huge 8. The 8 ball guarantees you will look great!

Ice cream

For a cute ice cream costume, just cut colorful paper, cut it into long, rounded strips, tape them on a pink shirt for your sprinkles, and put a white loofa on your head for whipped cream. Now you will be invited to every party because you’re cool.

 Greek Goddess

A Greek goddess is a great simple costume because all you really need for this costume is a white dress, a gold belt, and a gold headband.

Grapes

If you want to be grapes for Halloween, wear a purple shirt, get some purple balloons, and tape them to yourself. Just be careful not to pop them!

Wednesday Addams

The last low-effort costume idea is Wednesday Addams. Just wear black and put your hair in two braids and you will look just like Wednesday Addams. Also, be sure not to smile.

I talked to student Sophia Ewers and she said “A good costume idea is a cat because all you need is cat ears,” I think that’s a really great idea.
