Daevon Dukes, known as “ D. Dukes,” is a staff writer for The Park Press. He joined his junior year in the first semester and is now a senior, writing for the Press again. He was also a part of other activities at Park including swimming and music.

By day, he’s a journalist, at night he’s a ninja? He does martial arts through the Stone Martial Arts. He formerly taught Little Ninjas there as well. However, he still kicking down stories to write.

Dukes, loves listening to music; he also plays music. He plays the guitar and the electric bass, and more. Dukes is also in the orchestra. He been associated with music since he could hear which was when he was five and first got hearing aids.
