Meet the Assistant and Associate Principals of Wheeling Park High School! This dynamic team of four work directly under our head principal, Mrs. Dailer, and make a difference in our building every day.
First, we have Mrs. Richards. Mrs. Richards is the Associate Principals. Mrs. Richards oversees the Special Education Department and the Counseling Department. She creates and manages the master schedule. Mrs. Richards has been working for 22 years in Ohio County Schools. She first started out as a substitute teacher then became full time as a business marketing teacher. Mrs. Richards wants everyone to know that she is always able to talk too.

Mr Doyle is one of our Assistant Principals and he’s the Career & Technical Director. He is in charge of the students A-G. Mr. Doyle been working 17 years with Ohio County Schools. He was a math teacher at Wheeling Park before jumping into being an Assistant Principal. His main goal is to create a positive experience here at Wheeling Park. He cares for each student and what’s best for them.
“I want every student that walks the halls to graduate and get down the world in 4 years and be prepared for life,” said Mr. Doyle.
Mr. Skrzypek is also an Assistant Principal. Mr. Skrzypek takes care of attendance and behavior of students with last names H-O. and he takes over the students with the last names start H-O. He’s also in charge of the final performing arts. He’s been working for the Ohio County for five years; he worked at John Marshall High School for five years and he also taught at Buckeye Local High school for nine years. He wants the students to know to have a positive and fun time that he had fun in high school and he hopes everyone makes smart choices. Mr. Skrzypek’s main goal is to be the number one high school in the state.
“I want to create a positive school for the staff and students,” said Mr. Skrzypek.
And finally, Mr. Leggett is an Assistant Principal. Mr Leggett watches over attendance and discipline with students P-Z. He’s been in Ohio County for 11 years. He was the previous head coach of the wrestling team and he taught history before becoming turning toward administration. He wants the students to know that he is here to help with anything.
